Reportedly, Japanese Nisshin Steel announced to restart its carbon steel cold rolling mill at its Sakai works in Osaka which was pending since a month ago due to fire accident.

However, the plant doesn't operate normally because the company needs to prepare for tubing carrying lubricants, water and cabling for the mill.

Currently, the company's other facilities are working fine such as the two continuous galvanizing lines, two continuous electro-plating lines and color-coating line are just working no problem at this moment.
